08/15/08 - Live Chat Page Centered + New Mod and Webmaster Ranks

Hey everybody, only 2 things to go over today

I am centering the "Live Chat" page, so that the Chatting Plug-in will be in the middle of the page, instead of aligned to the left.

I also changed the way the Mod's Ranks look like.

There isn't much to update

yes there is quite alot to update.... there is codes, page-layout, edit peoples points respond to staff applacations, and advestize.
