07/18/08 - Quick Reply, New Banners, + Look out for Xat Chat

Hey everybody, not much news today.
The most noticeable new feature is the Quick Reply option. You will no longer need to click the "Reply" button to write a message. Just scroll down to the bottom of a thread and write your message there, and click "Send". How convenient!
Also, new banners have been created by ShadowEW. You can check out his new banners in the 07/17/08 News Thread. They are pretty cool!
In other news, in the Near Future a new Xat Chat will be placed directly on the New WARC Site. Look out!
