They're 100% Legal!!! Because if they were "illegal" HOW THE HELL DID I BUY IT FROM Amazon.. *sigh*

Yep, it's just like PSP Custom Firmware, it isn't illegel. But the main reason people get Custom Firmware is for Free Games. Hehe, same with the R4.
